What can I do to monitor a laptop on my wireless router ??

I want to monitor a laptop that uses my wireless router. I can't install something on the laptop ......I hear of packet sniffer and such but don't know jack about them. Basically it would be installing spyware I guess. I would like to track websites and e-mails if possible.

To clarify : I want to see what someone is doing from their laptop that is using my wireless router/network ...from my desktop.

I don't think that model supports internal logging, and even if it did, I'm not sure that, or packet sniffing software, would get you the info you are looking for. Best bet is to install something unnoticable on the system, something like this:
